Full refund for cancellation within 48 hours. All  of our products carry a risk-free 30-day return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. We do offer an extended Return Policy for holiday purchases, as stipulated. Returns are free and easy, just drop your items off at one of our 500+ Return Bar location or we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to you.


Returns for Refund: Any approved refund requests will be issued via the original form of payment, less the original shipping costs, if applicable.


Exchange: Any approved exchange will be shipped at no additional cost to you.


For damaged/defective items please contact us directly. You need to return the item within 30 days after receiving it, ensure that the item is complete and undivided until the package is returned to us for refund.
